INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THIS CHART: Select figure in fuel column equal to or less than the total amount of fuel in the airplane. Move horizonataly to the right or left and select a figure equal to or grater than the air miles to be flown . Vertically below and opposinte desired crusing altitude read optimum crusing conditions. Notes: (A) Avoid crusing in Column I except in an emergency. (B) Columns (II,III, IV & V) toward right progressively give increase in range to scrifice speed. (C) Manifod preassure (M.P.).
